#CC3C - Distress Watercoloring

On to Challenge #5, see Linda Ledbetter's blog for all the details. Inspiration Emporium is sponsoring this challenge with a $50 Gift Certificate!

I started by turning to page 39 of Tim's book, A Compendium of Curiosities Volume 3. Next I pulled out some Mini Blueprint stamps and used Tim's technique to color several images. For the card below I used the largest of the Sized Rectangles Dies to create the card base from Kraft Cardstock. I used the largest and smallest die to create the frame from recycled cardboard. Pulled it all together and there your have it, my finished card is 2 3/4 x 3 3/4 inches. Thanks for stopping by!

  1. deb...your card is very cool! I love the corrugated background....or maybe it should be called the foreground, since you've added that beautifully water colored blue print gumball stamp behind the rectangle die cut opening. That looks so cool! You've really done a nice job on this card...very clean lines and the watercoloring just pops! Thanks for joining us at CC3C. <3 Candy
